Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Manager to oversee our production processes in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and experience in optimizing production systems for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set performance targets and monitor production progress against these goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Engage with external stakeholders and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Apply data-driven approaches to analyze production efficiency and implement improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations for capital equipment purchases and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing process management
