Validation Engineers

Job Description

As a Validation Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our manufacturing workflows. Your expertise in process design and optimisation will be invaluable in helping us improve production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams in troubleshooting and resolving process inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyse workflow diagrams to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the design of new manufacturing systems and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technologies.
• Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports on process performance and suggest actionable insights.
• Assist in validating new equipment and processes before full-scale implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Certified Process Engineer (CPE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
