As a Validation Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our manufacturing workflows. Your expertise in process design and optimisation will be invaluable in helping us improve production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
Support manufacturing teams in troubleshooting and resolving process inefficiencies.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyse workflow diagrams to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the design of new manufacturing systems and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technologies.
Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Generate reports on process performance and suggest actionable insights.
Assist in validating new equipment and processes before full-scale implementation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering
