In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the developmental needs of children in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for children aged 0-6 years.
• Design and execute age-appropriate educational programs.
• Foster an environment of play and experimentation.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents for ongoing support.
• Document children's daily activities and developmental milestones.
• Create and uphold a safe and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Manage group conflicts and support emotional well-being.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Early Childhood Development preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of related experience

Technical Skills

• Behavior Management
• First Aid Training

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Child Development Associate (CDA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Multilingual abilities: Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a daycare setting: Hands-on experience working in daycare or preschool environments.
