• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

• Assist senior finance team members in the evaluation of investment proposals.
• Formulate strategies to improve financial performance.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Lead reviews of financial statements and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on financial auditing and regulatory compliance.
• Identify potential inefficiencies in financial processes and propose solutions.
• Engage in communication with stakeholders regarding financial performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or advanced finance degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

• Budgeting and Forecasting

Certifications

• CA(SA) or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
