Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality management and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. You will be responsible for managing budgets, designing menus, and leading a team to create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes.

  • Co-ordinate with vendors to secure the best products and prices.
