Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance activities and ensure equipment is available and operational.
• Manage emergency preparedness and response for facilities.

• Organize facility improvement projects and oversee their execution.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Optimize facility layouts for improved efficiency.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Develop and execute facility policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding for facility-related needs.
• Assist in recruitment and training of facility personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within facilities management
