We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support incident response and resolution for IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance systems performance.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access controls.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions.
• Participate in IT projects to improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of IT support experience

• Active Directory
• VPN Configuration
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
