Job Description

We are seeking a Public Health Officer with a passion for community health and a commitment to improving population health outcomes. The ideal candidate will oversee health programs, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead community health assessments and identify priority areas for intervention.
• Collaborate with local government and NGOs to promote public health programs.
• Design educational materials and training sessions for community health workers.
• Evaluate program outcomes and propose improvements based on findings.
• Participate in public health research projects and contribute to grant writing efforts.
• Engage with community members to foster trust and participation in health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Relevant certifications are preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant field
