Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with all aspects of medication preparation and patient counselling.
• Maintain a clear understanding of pharmacy regulations and practices.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide necessary support.
• Implement pharmacy quality assurance measures.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Help train new team members in pharmacy procedures.
• Provide assistance in health screenings and immunization programs.
• Document and report adverse drug reactions as needed.
• Foster a positive customer experience through excellent service.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

Education

• Associate’s degree in Pharmacy Technology or related field
• Experience with pharmacy management systems is beneficial

Experience

• 2+ years in a pharmacy environment preferred
