Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues within our Johannesburg office. Your role will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems, providing solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance. Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Assist with backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for new employees on IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Additional technical certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
