Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services, focusing on preventative care and patient education. Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and take detailed medical histories.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and lab results accurately.
  • Manage patient follow-ups and track health changes over time.
  • Participate in medical review committees and peer reviews.
  • Contribute to improving healthcare services and patient safety.
  • Support and mentor junior healthcare staff.
  • Utilize electronic health records efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Additional certifications in family medicine or public health are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in family medicine or general practice
