Job Description

We are actively seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our innovative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials, overseeing participant recruitment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with leading healthcare professionals to collect and analyse data, contributing to impactful medical research.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials to ensure timelines are met.
  • Monitor study budgets and resources effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to ethics committees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Evaluate participant eligibility and informed consent processes.
  • Provide analytical support for data management and reporting.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Foster relationships with healthcare providers and research institutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy is preferred
  • PhD in related field is a plus
