Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling job postings.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate interview processes and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with diverse candidate sourcing strategies
Soft Skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills
Certifications
  • Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources
Languages
  • English: Fluent
