Job Description

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, you will conduct assessments and develop actionable plans designed to improve employee performance and workplace culture. You will work closely with management to implement strategies that drive results and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess workplace dynamics and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Engage with employees to understand their concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR to align performance management systems with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored consulting solutions.
  • Support leadership in crisis management and conflict resolution strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in consulting or organizational development
