Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines effectively to attach webbing
• Calibrate tools and machines for optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Document production metrics and report to management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Provide feedback on tool or material issues to the management team

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Sewing or related field is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or sewing is advantageous

• Webbing Material Handling

• Communication

• Ability to multitask: Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple responsibilities.
