Your responsibilities will include diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical problems, and ensuring all systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi problems.
  • Assist with software updates and installations across the organization.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions to improve future support.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Support the IT Manager in ongoing projects and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • IT Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
