Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and experience in handling HR issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance review systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate wellness and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external HR service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Additional HR certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
