Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including job fairs and networking events.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and coaching.
  • Assist in developing training programs that fulfill organizational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Evaluate and improve HR initiatives based on employee feedback.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee leave and attendance records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • A Master’s degree in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
