HR Generalist

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist has arisen! You will be responsible for developing HR practices and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. Join us in Port Elizabeth to enhance our human capital and support our organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including job fairs and networking events.
• Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and coaching.
• Assist in developing training programs that fulfill organizational needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
• Evaluate and improve HR initiatives based on employee feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee leave and attendance records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• A Master’s degree in HR is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management

Certifications

• HR Certification Institute (HRCI)

• English: Fluent
