Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to engage with clients in Durban. Your duties will include assessing client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and creating personalized coverage plans that provide peace of mind to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs.
• Provide recommendations and quotes based on client profiles.
• Help clients navigate the claims process smoothly.
• Educate clients on new insurance products and industry updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure policy terms are appropriate.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Insurance or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
