Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage data entry tasks in our Cape Town office. This role involves meticulous record-keeping and is essential for supporting our administrative team.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review data for errors and make corrections as necessary.
  • Prepare reports based on data input and analysis.
  • Manage both physical and digital data filing systems.
  • Address queries related to data management from other departments.
  • Work with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
