Job Description

We are seeking a Health Concierge who will provide outstanding customer service and healthcare support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through complex healthcare systems, ensuring they understand their options.
• Provide timely responses to client questions regarding healthcare services.
• Effectively manage client appointments and schedules.
• Advise clients on health insurance and support them in claims processes.
• Disseminate relevant health and wellness information to clients.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
• Address and resolve any complaints with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Work closely with medical professionals for integrated client care.
• Monitor and adhere to healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
• Perform regular outreach to clients to ensure ongoing support.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree or additional certification in healthcare management is preferred

Experience

• Additional experience in healthcare administration is a plus
