Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Therapist to join our Durban-based team. This role involves working closely with patients to create and implement personalized therapy plans based on their unique needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure patient progress.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Document patient interactions and assess changes in health status.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and their families.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Certification in specific allied health services is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience as an allied health therapist
