We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing supply chain processes, optimizing operations, and driving efficiency. You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to delivery.
• Create strategies to optimize logistics and distribution systems.
• Evaluate supplier performance and market trends.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training and development for supply chain staff.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage supply chain costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant field
• Advanced Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
