Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their design goals.
• Design and optimize space planning for functionality and aesthetics.
• Create mood boards and material samples for presentations.
• Oversee the procurement of design-related materials and supplies.
• Develop project timelines and budgets for design projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Facilitate communication among clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Document project specifications and revisions in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the interior design industry

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
