Responsibilities

• Analyze financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant data.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding their coverage options.
• Provide guidance on claims and underwriting procedures.
• Assist in training junior underwriters when necessary.
• Develop risk assessment reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the insurance industry

Technical Skills

• Financial Modeling
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with insurance software tools: Familiarity with underwriting software to streamline assessments.
