Job Description

As a Special Needs Instructor, you will play a critical role in the education and development of students with diverse needs. Your expertise in personalised teaching methods will allow you to foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. Collaborating with parents and specialists, you'll adapt learning strategies to meet individual objectives, ensuring that each child receives the support they require.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Work with educational psychologists and therapists to better support student learning.
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to ensure transparent support.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for staff on effective strategies for teaching students with special needs.
• Use technology and aids to enhance learning and engagement in the classroom.
• Evaluate teaching methods and make necessary improvements based on feedback and observation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Training in special needs education is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years in various education settings, with a focus on special needs
