Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for both hardware and software.
• Maintain records of service requests and resolutions.
• Assist in the setup of new workstations and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor and resolve basic network issues.
• Provide recommendations on new hardware and software.
• Train users on new software and technology updates.

Requirements

Education

• IT Support Certificate
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in desktop support

Technical Skills

• Linux
• Remote Support Tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
