Job Description

Join us as a Learning and Development Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the company. You will use your expertise to create impactful training modules, facilitate learning sessions, and work closely with management to support strategic objectives related to employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Assess employees’ existing skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Track and report on the success of learning programs.
  • Enhance employee engagement through development opportunities.
  • Develop a library of e-learning materials and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development roles.
Technical Skills
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Facilitation

Certifications
  • Kirkpatrick Four Levels Certification
