Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding new staff.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, seeking to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Support performance appraisal and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with employee training and skills development programs.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management
