Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our medical team in Durban. In this role, you will provide exceptional healthcare services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and offering necessary treatments. You will work closely with other health professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessments and screenings of new patients.
  • Evaluate and provide care for acute illnesses.
  • Collaborate with health providers to enhance patient experience.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions and treatments.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.

  • Manage administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent qualification
  • Additional postgraduate qualifications preferred
