Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage and coordinate our healthcare services in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations to ensure a smooth workflow in our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative operations within the healthcare environment.
  • Coordinate all staff schedules and manage shift rotations.
  • Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and confidential.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and laws.
  • Serve as a bridge between departments and medical personnel.
  • Assist with financial management and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Manage patient flow and support services effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare facilities management
