As part of our team, you will play a key role in advising clients on strategic financial decisions and driving growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on financial restructuring and capital raising initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for client engagements.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Interface with investment analysts to synthesize market intelligence.
• Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector
