Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Diversity and Inclusion Officer will drive efforts to enhance our workplace culture. You'll implement programs that support equitable opportunities, engage employees in D&I initiatives, and monitor progress against our goals. This position is critical for ensuring that diversity takes center stage in all aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a framework for evaluating D&I initiatives and their impact.
• Identify opportunities for community engagement to enhance the company’s D&I footprint.
• Draft and communicate policies that reflect our commitment to inclusivity.
• Advocate for equitable practices through all human resources policies.
• Support the recruitment team to attract a diverse candidate pool through outreach and partnerships.
• Monitor trends in D&I and recommend actionable feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on D&I progress and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
• Higher education or certifications in Diversity Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in HR with proven experience in D&I initiatives
