Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth entry for new employees.

• Develop and implement training materials for employee skill enhancement.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role
