Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to execution.
• Develop and refine wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and creative problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles and their application in design processes.
