Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical frameworks for business improvement.
• Analyze historical data to forecast future trends.
• Report key performance indicators to management.
• Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify areas for operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven role

Technical Skills

• Power BI
• Statistical Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.: Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure for data storage.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies.: Understanding of tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
