Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Engineer to design, develop and maintain a range of products, systems, and processes. The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment and collaborating with talented cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for engineering challenges.
• Work with teams to ensure all design specifications meet performance standards.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of engineering systems.
• Enhance existing systems through innovative design and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
• Review and analyze project proposals and technical specifications.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Contribute to safety assessments and initiatives.
• Work closely with senior engineers to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in project management

• Engineering Software

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in Advanced CAD Techniques: Expertise in advanced functionalities of CAD applications.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes as they relate to engineering.
