Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Johannesburg-based projects. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions with team members and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality and success.
• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in various industries

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
