As our Industrial Engineer, you will focus on improving our operational efficiency through process re-engineering and performance measurement. Your expertise in lean methodologies will be instrumental in identifying waste, reducing costs, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign workflows for efficiency.
• Run simulations and optimizations of operational processes.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Implement ISO standards and practices.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Work in conjunction with IT to develop automated solutions.
• Prepare and present business cases for proposed changes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends related to processes and recommend strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in a manufacturing or engineering environment
