You will be responsible for managing structural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with project teams to discuss progress and issues.
• Analyze loads and other factors affecting structural integrity.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and project documentation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Support business development efforts through proposal preparation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Geotechnical Engineering

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Client Liaison

Certifications

• Registered Structural Engineer (RSE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Revit: Experience using Revit for 3D modeling and project collaboration.
• LEED Accreditation: Accredited in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
