Research Scientist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Research Scientist who can lead innovative research projects. The candidate should be adept at utilizing various laboratory techniques and have a background in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on drug development and biosimilar products.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external partners for collaborative research initiatives.
• Provide project updates and reports to senior management.
• Work with QA personnel to maintain quality standards.
• Support the training of new staff in laboratory techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree or Ph.D. is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research
