We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design, implementation, and maintenance. From collaborating with architects to ensuring compliance with safety regulations, your expertise will be vital in delivering quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of electrical engineering designs and project specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with local and national electrical codes.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct field surveys and site evaluations to assess electrical needs.
• Develop proposals and presentations for clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Utilize software tools for modeling and simulation of electrical circuits.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience
