• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Identify and address potential project bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare detailed reports for upper management on project status and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage innovative solutions and ideas.
• Facilitate training and mentoring for junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
