Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws and regulations, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage exit interviews and offboarding processes to gather feedback.
  • Ensure the HR database is maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Facilitate workshops on employee wellness and health.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs to reward high performance.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to prepare for future leadership needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • HR certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR management or consultancy
