Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Training and Development Manager to lead our talent management initiatives. This role focuses on designing effective training programs, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with best practices in talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct talent assessments and develop succession plans.
  • Engage in strategic workforce planning to align talent with business goals.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to HR staff.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Analyze employee feedback to enhance training programs.
  • Participate in organizational change initiatives and culture-building efforts.
  • Foster an environment of continuous feedback and professional development.
  • Develop content and materials for learning and development.
  • Ensure the talent management processes are data-driven and innovative.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within Talent Management
