We're looking for an Instructional Coordinator to create and implement engaging training programs for various audiences. The successful candidate will have a passion for educational excellence and experience in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative learning experiences.
• Develop engaging online content that promotes interaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance instructional design.
• Assess learner feedback to improve training methodologies.
• Conduct training for faculty on educational best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee curriculum development projects.
• Research and implement new technology tools that enhance learning.
• Monitor and support the implementation of learning initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to junior instructional designers.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Master's Degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in instructional design or related field with a focus on e-learning

Technical Skills

• Video Editing Software

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer
• Agile Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
