Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace projects from conception through to final testing.
• Evaluate existing systems for upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure necessary resources.
• Ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budget constraints.
• Implement engineering best practices in all aerospace projects.
• Support safety assessments and risk analysis for aerospace systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in composite materials: Knowledge of composite materials used in aerospace applications.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards: Understanding of industry standards such as FAA and EASA regulations.
