Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve production workflows and chemical processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives in line with industry standards.
  • Work with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process operations.
  • Assist in the management of capital projects for process upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Relevant certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in process engineering
