Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about mental health and eager to contribute to a positive, community-focused environment. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive mental health support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' mental health state and diagnose mental disorders.
• Develop clinical treatment objectives and interventions.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatry and nursing staff for holistic care.
• Document patient interactions in compliance with confidentiality and ethics.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior psychology staff.
• Evaluate therapeutic outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Psychology or Social Work
• PhD in Clinical Psychology is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in clinical settings with diverse populations
