Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support our clinical trials and contribute to impactful medical research in George. The ideal candidate will work closely with study coordinators, investigators, and the clinical team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain study documentation and study binders.
• Regularly communicate with site coordinators and investigators about trial progress.
• Conduct pre-study and feasibility assessments at potential sites.
• Facilitate the resolution of data queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Help in the development of training materials and study manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
• Relevant Certification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in clinical research with experience in monitoring trials

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
